When you think about summer and going to the beach, the last thing on your mind is probably a pair of suede boots. But if you’ve ever seen Kate Bosworth, Diane Kruger or Rachel Bilson {just to name a few} at a music festival or simply out and about during summer, you’ve probably noticed their love for summer boots!
While the preferred summer shoes are probably flat sandals, flip-slops and flatforms, Hollywood starlets never seem to get tired of a pair of booties during summertime. When it comes to the choice of color, we mostly see boots during summer in nude, as these definitely look less winter-y than a pair of black ones.
When worn with a pair of cut off denim shorts a plain white t-shirt, the boots give off a very bohemian-inspired vibe making the entire outfit relaxed and effortless – perfect for a festival. It’s an edgy touch to any outfit, whether you decide on wearing a floral-print skirt or dress, or a pair of skinny jeans!
What I love about these boots from Betty London is how soft they are. You can almost feel the softness by looking at the picture below. The soft suede and the small holes, which are both functional and cute, allow your feet to breathe during the hotter days as well.
