I don’t think I’ve owned a pair of espadrilles since I was a little girl, but it seems as though summer of 2012 is the year of espadrille shoes! It’s not that they’ve been out of style these past years, but the amount of espadrilles in stores is somewhat overwhelming, bringing me back to the childhood. Ive picked out three different types, which suit three different styles, but can most certainly be worn by the same girl!
The girly
A true summer’s shoe, the girly espadrilles from Pare Gabia are perfect for a girly girly who loves cute dresses and big hats! Keep the rest of your outfit minimal, as the shoes itself is detailed enough! Wear with a white dress, a navy blue stripes wide brim har and big sunglasses! You’ll look and feel like a movie star!
The classic
When I think of espadrilles, I see these shoes. They’re all about comfort and ease and will give you an effortless and classic summer look. They’re suitable for both men and women and I suggest wearing them with denim shorts and a white t-shit with your colorful bikini slightly peeping through.
The elegant
I absolutely adore these Betty London espadrilles. They have a very classic look and feel that makes them suitable even for work. You can style them with skinny jeans, a nice summer dress or a pair of denim shorts.
