Gossip Girl is full of two things: love drama and hot fashion! Watching the TV show is like watching Fashion Week runways and looking through the pages of Vogue’s September issue. Just like her co-star, Blair Waldorf, portrayed by Leighton Meester, Serena Van Der Woodsen, played by Blake Lively, wows with her fabulous, colorful style!
Serena’s style is always feminine, sexy and glamorous. She’s oozes of luxury and glamour and no matter what the ocassion is or what time of the day, sequins are never missed in her outfits! Like here, a casual striped shirt and a denim, blue blazer are made more Serena by adding a sequined mini skirt! The shoes are not visible in the photo, however, adding a pair of bright high heels, which are also one of the staples in Serena’s wardrobe, makes the look very summer 2011 trendy!

I’m not the hugest Serena fan. I definitely prefer Vanessa’s style. But I love all the gorgeous dresses Serena wears to parties.
