While I will not substitute my night wear intensive lip balms, these pigmented lip balms are great for the girl on the go who needs instant color during the day but doesn’t have time to worry about messy applications. Gliding like a lip balm with color worthy of a lip stick, these little magic sticks will zip the amount of time you spend in the bathroom touching up your makeup between classes and lunch meetings.
Because we live for options, these lip balms are varied in pigmentation and moisture. Based on my trials, Revlon Lip Butter has most pigmentation and shades. L’Oreal Colour Riche lip balm has fabulous packaging and most gloss. Maybelline Baby Lips has the most flavors and is easiest to apply without a mirror.
