We live in the world where good and bad are polar opposites. We are accustomed to polar opposites. Introducing lip balms that not only moisturize but color, our favorite drug store brands have caught on a new trend that shows us that what’s good for you is both fun and functional. Something is either fun or it is functional, it is black or white, skinny or fat. No more, says Maybelline, Revlon and L’Oreal!
While I will not substitute my night wear intensive lip balms, these pigmented lip balms are great for the girl on the go who needs instant color during the day but doesn’t have time to worry about messy applications. Gliding like a lip balm with color worthy of a lip stick, these little magic sticks will zip the amount of time you spend in the bathroom touching up your makeup between classes and lunch meetings.
Because we live for options, these lip balms are varied in pigmentation and moisture. Based on my trials, Revlon Lip Butter has most pigmentation and shades. L’Oreal Colour Riche lip balm has fabulous packaging and most gloss. Maybelline Baby Lips has the most flavors and is easiest to apply without a mirror.
So which lip balm is more you?

I’ve never been a fan of lipsticks, but I am a sucker for tinted lip balms!

We love them too! :)
Buddha Balm is the real trend. I am not for color and this lip balm is the bomb! Thanks for the post though.
Thanks for the tips about Buddha Balm :)
I really love Burt’s Bees coloured balms, but am now looking forward to trying these brands on your list.
