This year we’re going crazy when it comes to nail polish and the brighter the better! Here are you must-have colors this season!
But first, here are some tips on how to take care of the nails to keep them looking beautiful and strong:
1. Protect your nails by applying a coat of clear nail hardener on either bare or polished nails. This will strengthen your nails and also protect them from water. Plus your nail polish will stay on longer!
2. Trim your nails by cutting straight across – don’t cut into the corners. Then file in one direction only.
3. Always keep your hands and nails moisturized.
Coraly Reds
Orangy coral is the new red! It’s bright and sexy so wear a nude lip to give these orangy shades a little contrast!
Sunny Side Up
Yellow is one of those colors that can be pretty hard to incorporate into your wardrobe. When it comes to nails, yellow is this season going to be one of the hottest colors! If you think it’s too much to wear it on your hands, paint your toe nails with a hot yellow color! Whatever way you choose, your tanned, summer skin will look even more golden with this on your nails!
Pinky Toes & Fingers
All girls love pink and ever so often this color returns to us, especially in nail polish! If your summer outfit needs just a little more of a feminine touch, this is the color to turn to. Both your hands and your feet will look fabulous in these hot pinks.

The nautical trend is happening right now and we’re loving it! Now it’s turn to paint your nails to match this trend. I’m really into bright nailpolish, it’s just awesome to have a pop of colour in an all-black outfit. Unfortunately I’m way too pale for yellow, but I still have green, haha

I love the pinks — always have — and they look great on my pale skin. Can’t wear the yellows or blues though.
I’m going with Maile on this one. I’ve always been strangely attracted to blue.
I need to stop bitting mine!! Well I’ve got well moisturized hands and even if my nails are really short I think they can still look nice as long as cuticles are nice and soft.
I really love the bright blues (especially the essie one in the picture) but I tend to wear clear because it all comes off too quickly (wear I bite my nails) :(

I’ve never had that problem, but I know someone who put some kind of special nail polish on so every time she bites her nail, she feels sick, because of that nail polish. She doesn’t bite her nails anymore! :)
I am trying not to get too excited BUT I am wondering what the name of the fushia-esque polish is, as I used to have an Essie one that looks very similar to the one in the pic which I have been unable to find again… And it was my absolute fave.
