Half-Up Bouffant

HOW TO DO IT
- Apply a light leave-in conditioner and volumizer spray to hair before drying it.
- Set the top of your head with a large iron and use a medium sized one for the sides.
- Back comb the curls with a mixed bristle brush for “fluffy” volume, says Gwen Stefani’s stylist Danilo.
- Mist strands with a light hold spray and clip hair half-up.
Side Braid

HOW TO DO IT
- Start with a curling iron to create loose wavesóthey hold together better than straight strands.
- Then rake shine serum through the ends.
- Make a side part and gather hair to one side, just below the chin.
- Loosely braid and secure with a clear elastic.
- To rough it up, hold the braid taut and give it a few good shakes.

Side Braid :)
I just wish my hair had been longer, I chopped my mane off.
Definitely side braid(: I wear it to school all the time, unfortunately it doesn’t turn out as pretty as the picture ^up there because my hair is just about armpit length lol, and has medium length layer. And I have side bangs..but what works out really well for me is French braiding one side and around the back of my head to the other side, and then French braiding the remaining hair on the other side and combining it into the other braid to make one big side braid(: loved this post btw!
Love that side braid! Kind of sad that I went in for a routine trim and the stylist took three inches off, but once it’s long enough, I’m so trying this!
Definitely loving the side braid, I love a fishtail braid even more!
Side braids are one of my favourite hairstyles. I can’t wait to try it out and can’t wait to do the bouffant as well.
the bouffant looks so elegant. i’m going to try it out.
